Answer4me subscriptions include generous monthly allowances designed for the vast majority of UK small businesses.
To ensure a consistently reliable service for all customers, a Fair Usage Policy applies to every plan.
Most businesses will never reach these limits. The service is intended to handle the typical call volume of a small or medium-sized business during normal operating hours.
If your usage consistently exceeds normal levels, we will always contact you first to discuss your options before any additional charges are applied.
Where additional usage charges become necessary, these will always be communicated in advance and billed transparently. We do not apply hidden fees or unexpected usage penalties.
Our aim is to work with growing businesses — not penalise them.
